When you give a mom an orange ...

What do you do when you can't eat a whole bag of clementines before they start to go bad? You call your mom, of course!

My mother is MAGIC in the kitchen, to an extent that I will never realize on my own. I took those oranges over there, already starting to turn soft and mealy, and plopped them on the counter.

"Orange Marmalade!" she said, and the best orange marmalade I have ever eaten was born that day. Here are a few shots of the magic happening.
